It\'s not the brightest projector. And it\'s definitely running in 720p, even when it is stretched to 4k. Any text projected is jagged and painful to look at. Also there is no tripod mounting point as other people have stated.The built in apps are very laggy and freeze constantly if you connect a bluetooth device. But it works fine if you just hook it up with an HDMI cable to a PC or plug a fire stick in.All this taken into account... For $40 you get what you pay for. For a young person, it\'s a great deal. It\'s a heck of a lot cheaper than a new TV and a lot easier to move. You can hook it up to a computer and watch videos in 720p. It\'s extremely portable and would be awesome for say... A college dorm, your RV camper or giving a power point presentation.Unfortunately, I am going to return mine. It\'s just not bright enough and I want something with a higher native resolution. Plus, I found the exact same HY300 for $30 elsewhere on Amazon.
